Welcome to Recycled Energy Resources. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our consultancy services, equipment, and maintenance packages. By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Recycled Energy Resources provides specialized solutions in the plastics recycling sector, including:

Consultancy: Technical advice, feasibility studies, and system design.

Equipment & Installation: Sale and professional installation of recycling technologies.

Maintenance: Ongoing technical support and equipment servicing.
2. Quotations and Contracts

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

A binding contract is formed only when a formal work order or service agreement is signed by both parties.

Any changes to the scope of work after the contract begins may result in additional fees.
3. Payment Terms

Consultancy: Fees are typically invoiced upon delivery of reports or reaching specific milestones.

Equipment/Installation: A deposit is usually required prior to shipment or commencement of onsite work.

Late Payments: We reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue invoices in accordance with the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations.
4. Client Responsibilities
For installation and maintenance projects, the client is responsible for:

Providing safe access to the site at Unit 3, Templemichael Technology Park or the client's designated facility.

Ensuring the site meets the technical specifications (power, space, ventilation) required for the equipment.

Obtaining all necessary local permits or licenses for the recycling operations.
5. Warranty and Maintenance

Equipment: New equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Recycled Energy Resources warrants that installation services will be performed with professional skill and care.

Maintenance: Maintenance agreements cover scheduled servicing. They do not cover damage caused by operator error, unauthorised modifications, or "Acts of God."
6. Intellectual Property
All reports, designs, and technical drawings produced during consultancy remain the intellectual property of Recycled Energy Resources until full payment is received. Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use these materials for their intended internal purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Recycled Energy Resources shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profit or production downtime).

Any issues arising from the client providing inaccurate facility data or failing to follow maintenance protocols.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or equipment giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
